My story

When I was about forty, I had high blood pressure, high cholesterol, early arthritis, wore glasses and just been diagnosed with a herniated disk in my lower back.  I thought my life as an active athlete was over, and I would have to be on medications for the rest of my life.  Since then, I have improved my health without medicines or surgery and am in better shape than I was 20 years.

Today I have normal blood pressure, healthy lab values, no joint pains, don’t wear glasses, am competing in triathlons, and feel better than I did 20 years ago.  I have read, listened, and trialed different lifestyle changes to achieve this state of wellness.

I created this website to share with you what I have learned and experienced that has allowed me to be a better, healthier person than I was.  I hope you find what you are looking for to improve your health and allow you to become the best you can be.
